First, change your plugs. Second, be ABSOLUTELY sure that you have no leaks, boost exhaust, oil, whatever, NO leaks. Third, put in at least 100 ocatne and dyno with a widenband O2 at 1 bar, if it dips below 11:1, see the second step. Fourth, crank to 2 bar and see what happens.  Shawn has already told you that these turbos are not that great until you really push them , so REALLY PUSH THEM.
